All our pieces are handcrafted in Peru using high-quality natural fibers. We work directly with artisans, ensuring fair trade practices and preserving traditional techniques.

We use premium fibers such as baby alpaca, alpaca blends, and sheep wool. These fibers are not only soft and luxurious, but also durable, warm, and eco-friendly.

We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. You can also dry clean if preferred. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric.

Yes! We prioritize sustainability in every step — from ethical sourcing of fibers to low-impact dyeing and production processes. Supporting AWAQ means supporting a conscious, slow fashion movement.
